Return and Refund Policy

At KHAS.pk Premium Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements may be requested if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
• The product is missing from your order.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened perfume bottles.
• Used products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after opening the product.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The product may need to be returned for inspection.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item was damaged during shipping.
• The item contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Provide your order number and supporting images.

Our support team will review your request and respond promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return eligibility rules outlined above.
